How is the service provided?

Fixed wireless internet is a type of internet that is broadcasted through airwaves from towers (that are fed with fiber) to receivers installed on the user’s property, typically located within 10 miles of the tower. Sometimes smaller towers will be used to relay the service closer to the user's property.

Is there any bandwidth throttling or data caps?

No. There is no bandwidth throttling or data caps that happen after you have used a certain amount of data.

Can I change my service package?

Yes. Your service package can be changed by giving our support team a call or submitting a ticket. It will go effective immediately and be reflected in your next bill.
